Just breathe

Remembering to breath is very important. Most of the time we forget completely because it's something you do without thinking about it. But it should be something that we focus a little more on.

When you focus on your breathing, several things happen. By focusing on the breath you can actually calm yourself and release stress. By taking deep breaths in through the nose and slowly exhaling through the mouth you, not only can bring about this peacefulness, you can also clear your sinuses, and you release toxins from your body as well.

In today's hectic world none of those things can be bad. So when you're stressed just remember to breathe because it'll do wonders for your mind and body.
